Briscoe Takes Top Spot at Jacksonville Event

Sunday February Fifth saw 18 year old bull riding sensation Travis Briscoe taking the top spot the Southern Ford Dealers Invitational for his second win of this season. Young Briscoe covered Baby Betta in round one, Clueless in round two, and then followed that up with a 89.5 ride on Scar in the championship round to win the event with a cummulative score of 265.25 on three with world champions Adriano Moraes, Justin McBride, and Chris Shivers following him, along with Mike White to fill out the top five. Justin McBride, last year's world champion, took the top spot in the short go round with a 90.25 point ride on Kingpen Cattle Company's Cat Man Do. Justin also covered Minimus, the bull that his buddy Ross Coleman rode Friday night at Tampa to win the event. In all, 28 men covered a minimum of one bull. Injury data still isn't available for this event.
