The top photo is the semi-classic brownies I made this afternoon to go along with the Butterscotch Blondies. The bottom shows off the delicious stuffing that fills them, cream cheese, which is altered slightly by beating and mixing in a bunch of sugar and milk. Makes a very tasty, and probably very unhealthy treat. But boy do they ever taste good. They never seem to last very long around here.

Hi Caroline, thanks for stopping. It's really a simple recipe. I'll post it for you later when I have a little more time. It is from a cookie book that my grandmother got me years ago.
