Oh the Irony...

How insane is this? SUNY Cobleskill (my college) is co-sponsoring this years Capital District 100 mile Diet Challenge. It involves eating only those foods that are grown within 100 miles of your home (radius). And yet..here's the irony...they closed down the campus butcher shop and slaughter house. No one can get their meat either turned from animal to edible product, or purchase it there. So why are they sponsering the same thing they are helping to destroy? Hmm...
