Taste wise you are prolly right. Temperament wise, she couldn't be much more of a doll. She's like an oversized puppy. Though I have to admit Lil' Black Sugar is just what I call her. Her real name *gag* is Suzzette. I personally think that is just a little much for a cow. And when I bought her she was about 24 hours old, had no name, and I didn't get her papers until over 3 months later. I had to call her something. :)
